QA OFFICER QUALIFICATIONS

 

A. Education  
  • Bachelors degree
B. Work Experience
  • At least 1 year experience in quality assurance, preferably in the customer service industry
C. Special Qualities / Requirements
  • With excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • With strong customer service orientation
  • Highly analytical and keen on details
PERFORMANCE COACH QUALIFICATIONS

 

A. Education  
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
B. Work Experience
  • At least 6-month exposure to similar job function (for external hiring)
  • Must be a Call Center Officer for at least 6 months (for internal hiring)
  • Must have an above average scorecard for the past two months (for internal hiring)
C. Special Qualities / Requirements
  • Should possess strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications and Basic Computer Operations
  • Must be proficient in written and spoken English
TEAM LEADER QUALIFICATIONS
A. Education  
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
B. Work Experience
  • At least 1 year call center experience as agent or 6 months experience as Assistant Team Leader
C. Special Qualities / Requirements
  • Must have solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
  • Must be proficient in written and spoken English
  • Excellent people-handling skills and presentation skills
CALL CENTER OFFICER/AGENT
QUALIFICATIONS
A. Education  
  • At least second year level in college
B. Work Experience
  • Preferably with call center experience
C. Special Qualities / Requirements
  • Computer literate
  • Team Player and flexible
  • Proficient in the English language
  • Willing to work on a graveyard shift
